  • In acting under this Agreement, the Registrar, any Paying Agent and any Additional Transfer Agent are acting solely as agents of the Province and do not assume any obligation or relationship of agency or trust for or with any of the registered holders of the Bonds, except that all funds held by the Registrar, any Paying Agent or Additional Transfer Agent for payment of principal or interest shall be held in trust for the registered holders of Bonds as provided in this Agreement.
