Additional VWAP Purchase Commencement Time definition

Additional VWAP Purchase Commencement Time means, the latest of (A) the applicable VWAP Purchase Termination Time with respect to the corresponding VWAP Purchase on such Additional VWAP Purchase Date, (B) the applicable Additional VWAP Purchase Termination Time with respect to the most recently completed prior Additional VWAP Purchase on such Additional VWAP Purchase Date, as applicable, and (C) the time at which all shares of Common Stock subject to all prior VWAP Purchases and Additional VWAP Purchases (as applicable), including, without limitation, those that have been effected on the same business day as the applicable Additional VWAP Purchase.

Additional VWAP Purchase Commencement Time means, with respect to an Additional VWAP Purchase made pursuant to Section 2.3, the time that is ten (10) minutes after the latest of: (i) the VWAP Purchase Ending Time of the VWAP Purchase Period for the VWAP Purchase preceding the Additional VWAP Purchase Period for such Additional VWAP Purchase occurring on the same Trading Day as such preceding VWAP Purchase, (ii) the Additional VWAP Purchase Termination Time of the Additional VWAP Purchase Period for the most recent prior Additional VWAP Purchase, if any, occurring on the same Trading Day as such Additional VWAP Purchase, and (iii) the Investor’s timely receipt from the Company of the applicable Additional VWAP Purchase Notice for such Additional VWAP Purchase occurring on the same Trading Day as the VWAP Purchase preceding such Additional VWAP Purchase.

Additional VWAP Purchase Commencement Time means, (i) with respect to the first Additional VWAP Purchase to be made on an Additional VWAP Purchase Date, the applicable VWAP Purchase Termination Time with respect to the VWAP Purchase made on such Additional VWAP Purchase Date, and (ii) with respect to any Additional VWAP Purchase to be made on an Additional VWAP Purchase Date, other than the first Additional VWAP Purchase to be made on such Additional VWAP Purchase Date, the applicable Additional VWAP Purchase Termination Time with respect to the most recently completed prior Additional VWAP Purchase made on such Additional VWAP Purchase Date.

Additional VWAP Purchase Commencement Time means, (i) with respect to the first Additional VWAP Purchase to be made on an Additional VWAP Purchase Date, the applicable VWAP Purchase Termination Time with respect to the VWAP Purchase made on such Additional VWAP Purchase Date, and

Additional VWAP Purchase Commencement Time means, with respect to an Additional VWAP Purchase made pursuant to Section 3.3, the time that is thirty (30) minutes after the latest of: (i) the VWAP Purchase Ending Time of the VWAP Purchase Period for a VWAP Purchase, if any, preceding the Additional VWAP Purchase Period for such Additional VWAP Purchase occurring on the same Purchase Date as such preceding VWAP Purchase, (ii) the Additional VWAP Purchase Ending Time of the Additional VWAP Purchase Period for the most recent prior Additional VWAP Purchase, if any, and (iii) the Investor’s timely receipt from the Company of the applicable Additional VWAP Purchase Notice for such Additional VWAP Purchase (such receipt to be acknowledged by email correspondence from the Investor to each of the individual notice recipients set forth in the applicable Additional VWAP Purchase Notice, other than via auto-reply).
