Additional Xxxxxxx Money definition

Additional Xxxxxxx Money means the sum of One Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($100,000.00 U.S.).

More Definitions of Additional Xxxxxxx Money

Additional Xxxxxxx Money means the additional xxxxxxx money, if any, to be deposited by the Developer with the City in connection with each extension of the Extended Entitlement Period, as set forth in Section 6.2 hereof, and each extension of the Construction Drawings Submission Deadline, as set forth in Section 20.2 hereof.
