Adhering Corporate Member means a Corporate Member which has (prior to the Relevant Date) executed (either personally or through a duly authorised attorney) a Deed of Adherence and which at the time of such execution:
Corporate Member means, corporate entity who have entered into a Membership Agreement with DOCOMO BIKESHARE, INC. under the Bicycle Rental (Sharing) system in pursuant to Article 3, such as profit corporations, non-profit corporations, public corporations, and those with juridical personality by law. Member: means, an Individual Member and a Corporate Member collectively referred to as Member.
Associate Member means a person appointed to perform specific statutory and non-statutory duties which have been delegated by the Trust Board for them to perform and these duties have been recorded in an appropriate Trust Board minute or other suitable record.
Financial Member means a person who has paid the required membership fee and is listed on the Register of Members.
Managing Member means CEF Equipment Holding, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company or any successor Managing Member under the Issuer Limited Liability Company Agreement.
Corporate Partner means a Partner that is subject to tax under [reference to State law].
Associate Members means the individuals or firms which have agreed to Joint Venture in connection with the Project;
General Partner has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Individual Member means a registered, financial Member of the Club who is at least 18 years of age.
Special Member means, upon such person's admission to the Company as a member of the Company pursuant to Section 5(c), a person acting as Independent Director, in such person's capacity as a member of the Company. A Special Member shall only have the rights and duties expressly set forth in this Agreement.
Initial Member has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph.
Non-Managing Member means any Member other than the Managing Member (except to the extent the Managing Member holds Non-Managing Member Units).
Affiliate Member means an individual who is an umpire, referee, coach or other official who is associated with the Association but who is not an Individual Member.
Executive Member means any elected member of the authority appointed to the executive of that authority;
Service member means a member of the armed forces, a reserve branch of the armed forces, or the Michigan national guard.
Tribal Member means an enrolled member of the Tribe.
Substitute Member means a Person who is admitted as a Member of the Company pursuant to Section 2.7 as a result of a Transfer of Shares to such Person.
Partnership Subsidiary means Host LP and any partnership, limited liability company, or other entity treated as a partnership for federal income tax purposes or disregarded as a separate entity for federal income tax purposes in which either Host REIT or Host LP owns (or owned on or after January 1, 1999) an interest, either directly or through one or more other partnerships, limited liability companies or other entities treated as a partnership for federal income tax purposes or disregarded as a separate entity for federal income tax purposes (whether or not Host REIT or Host LP has a controlling interest in, or otherwise has the ability to control or direct the operation of, such entity). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the term “Partnership Subsidiary” shall not in any way be deemed to include the Non-Controlled Subsidiaries or subsidiaries thereof, the Taxable REIT Subsidiaries or subsidiaries thereof, or the Subsidiary REITs or subsidiaries thereof.

Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);
Principal Member means the person who signs the application and is responsible for the payment of premiums.
Bank Member means Standard Chartered PLC or any of its Affiliates and "Group" means all Bank Members.
Full Member means any person who is in one of the categories of membership referred to in Rule 10.3.
Council Member means a member of the Council;
