Adjusted Target Share Units definition

Adjusted Target Share Units means the number of share units equal to the Target Share Units as adjusted for the addition of all Dividend Adjustment Share Units accrued through the date specified by the Agreement, which will be December 31, 2008 unless an earlier date is specified by the Agreement (e.g., in the case of a qualifying retirement or a Change in Control prior to December 31, 2008).
Adjusted Target Share Units means the number of Share Units equal to the Target Share Units (i.e., the number of Share Units specified on page 1 of the Agreement as the Target Share Units, subject to capital adjustments pursuant to Section 9 if any) as adjusted for the addition of all Dividend Adjustment Share Units accrued through the date specified by the applicable Section of the Agreement. Generally, dividend adjustments are calculated through December 31, 2014 unless an earlier date is specified in Section 5.1 or Section 6.1 of the Agreement as applicable (e.g., in the case of death or a Change of Control prior to December 31, 2014).
Adjusted Target Share Units has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6.
