RSUs definition

RSUs means the Restricted Stock Units granted to you by the Company as set forth in the Notice of Restricted Stock Unit Award.

More Definitions of RSUs

RSUs mean restricted stock units granted by the Company pursuant to which the Company has agreed to issue Common Stock upon the satisfaction of vesting and other conditions, which RSUs are subject to an award agreement pursuant to a stock plan of the Company.
RSUs means the restricted share units granted by the Company under the RSU Plan;
