Adjustment Calculation Date definition

Adjustment Calculation Date means, in respect of a Long Reference Entity that was an Affected Reference Entity in respect of an Interest Payment Date, the Determination Date in respect of such Long Reference Entity.
Adjustment Calculation Date means the second anniversary of the Base Date, and thereafter, each anniversary of such Base Date;
