Adjustment Floor definition

Adjustment Floor has the meaning specified in Section 13.04(f)(iii).
Adjustment Floor shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(d).
Adjustment Floor means $3.47, subject to appropriate adjustment in the event of any stock dividend, stock split, combination or other similar recapitalization with respect to the Common Stock.

More Definitions of Adjustment Floor

Adjustment Floor means that the cost of curing all Adjustment Events exceeds $1,900,000.00. As used in this Section 20.3, "cost of curing" means the reasonable cost to cure the matter constituting the Adjustment Event or, if the Adjustment Event is either not curable or the cure does not fully restore the value of the affected Asset to its pre-Adjustment Event value, the reduction in the value of the affected Asset. Without limitation of the foregoing, "costs of curing" include, to the extent applicable (i) Restoration Costs and loss of rental income caused by a casualty to the extent not paid from insurance proceeds and (ii) condemnation damages to the extent not paid by the condemning authority.
Adjustment Floor means $3,165,000.
Adjustment Floor shall be equal to the Base Rent payable for the month immediately preceding the date for such rent adjustment plus any cumulative and compounded increases for past adjustments of Base Rent which would have been paid by Lessee but for the application of the Adjustment Ceiling. Related to Adjustment Floor

  • Adjustment Price means the lowest Underlying Price within the Adjustment Period after the Underlying Price is for the first time equal to or below the Adjustment Threshold.

  • Adjustment Date As to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, each date on which the related Mortgage Rate is subject to adjustment, as provided in the related Mortgage Note.
