Admin User(s definition

Admin User(s means the admin users as listed in the Application. The Admin User(s) shall be responsible for mapping users to the Linked Account(s).

Admin User(s. It refers to employees, agents and independent contractors of the client who are authorised by the client to use the service to arrange, administer and deliver service, under clause 11. “Agreement” It refers to the agreement between Insurvey and the client for the provision of the service, comprising the Order Form and these Terms and Conditions.
Admin User(s means those persons who are authorised by the Customer to access and use the Solution with certain administration and special access rights. Agreement means this document together with the terms of the relevant Order and any other documents mentioned in the Order. API means an application programming interface.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature.
