Administrative Benefit Committee definition

Administrative Benefit Committee means the Administrative Benefit Committee of Dominion Resources, Inc. which shall manage and administer the Plan in accordance with the provisions of Article XI.
Administrative Benefit Committee means the Administrative Benefit Committee appointed to manage and administer the Plan in accordance with the provisions of Article XI hereof.
