Administrative cost means a fee imposed to cover:
Administrative Costs means all costs and expenses associated with providing notice of the Settlement to the Settlement Class and otherwise administering or carrying out the terms of the Settlement. Such costs may include, without limitation: escrow agent costs, the costs of publishing the summary notice, the costs of printing and mailing the Notice and Proof of Claim, as directed by the Court, and the costs of allocating and distributing the Net Settlement Fund to the Authorized Claimants. Such costs do not include legal fees.
Administrative Code means the San Francisco Administrative Code.
Prospective contractor means a person who is subject to the competitive sealed proposal process set forth in the Procurement Code or is not required to submit a competitive sealed proposal because that person qualifies for a sole source or a small purchase contract.
Administrative Party means the Arranger or the Facility Agent.
Administrative Charge means, with respect to any Lease, any payment (whether or not part of the fixed monthly payment) payable to the related Lessor representing a disposition fee, a late payment fee, an Extension Fee, an allocation to the related Lessee of insurance premiums, sales, personal property or excise taxes or any other similar charge.
Administrative User means any of Your employees, consultants, independent contractors or customers to whom You grant administrative permission to access the Services in accordance with Company’s entitlements and procedures and this Agreement (where “administrative permission” includes, but is not limited to, the right to create, modify and delete User accounts, as well as the right to access and modify Your billing information and other functionality available through Company’s administrative control panel).
Administrative employee means an employee who normally supervises persons engaged in office administration, construction, security or maintenance work who are represented by another trade union. This definition includes employees who share a community of interest with “supervisors”.
administrative staff means all persons employed by the University who are categorised in terms of the Statutes as members of the administrative staff;
PJM Administrative Service means the services provided by PJM pursuant to Tariff, Schedule 9.
Administrative Cost Rate As of any date of determination, a rate equal to the sum of the Servicing Fee Rate, the Operating Advisor Fee Rate, the Asset Representations Reviewer Ongoing Fee Rate, the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee Rate and the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate.
Separate Contractor means a contractor, other than the Contractor or any of its subcontractors, to whom the Government has awarded a contact for construction of a portion of the project.
Administrative penalty means a monetary fine imposed by the division for acts or omissions determined to constitute unprofessional or unlawful conduct, as a result of an adjudicative proceeding conducted in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 4, Administrative Procedures Act.
Administrative Safeguards are administrative actions, and policies and procedures, to manage the selection, development, implementation, and maintenance of security measures to protect electronic PHI and to manage the conduct of Contractor’s workforce in relation to the protection of that information.
Lead contractor means a person who has met the Board's requirements and has been issued a
Non-Administrator Dialysis Facility means a Dialysis Facility which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan but has been certified in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.
Administrative Agreement means the agreement described in subsection 1.2 (1); (“accord d’application”)
Non-Participating Durable Medical Equipment Provider means a Durable Medical Equipment Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
EPC Contractor means the contractor responsible for engineering, procurement and construction of the Facility, including Seller if acting as contractor, and including all subcontractors.
Participating Durable Medical Equipment Provider means a Durable Medical Equipment Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
System Administrator means a person named by the Customer to be the Customer’s point of contact with BT for matters relating to the management of the Service.
Deep poverty pocket means a population census tract having a
Prime Contractor as used in this clause, means a person who has entered into a prime contract with the United States.
Contractor Agent means any person mandated by a Prime Contractor or consortium/joint venture to do business for and on behalf of, or to represent in a business transaction, the Prime Contractor and thereby acquire rights for the Prime Contractor or consortium/joint venture against NHLS or an organ of state and incur obligations binding the Prime Contractor or consortium/joint venture in favour of NHLS or an organ of state.
Contractor means the individual or entity, that has entered into this contract with the Commonwealth.
State contractor means a person, business entity or nonprofit organization that enters into a state contract. Such person, business entity or nonprofit organization shall be deemed to be a state contractor until December thirty-first of the year in which such contract terminates. "State contractor" does not include a municipality or any other political subdivision of the state, including any entities or associations duly created by the municipality or political subdivision exclusively amongst themselves to further any purpose authorized by statute or charter, or an employee in the executive or legislative branch of state government or a quasi-public agency, whether in the classified or unclassified service and full or part-time, and only in such person's capacity as a state or quasi-public agency employee.
