Administrator Indemnitees definition

Administrator Indemnitees has the meaning specified in Section 9.2 of the Agreement.

• However, as noted in Section 2, quantum theory itself does not involve quantities h¯ and c at all, and Equation (18) indeed does not contain those quantities.

• As between the Administrator Indemnitees and the Fund Indemnitees pursuant to this Agreement the indemnification provisions set forth in Article 7 and the termination provisions set forth in Article 9 will be the sole and exclusive remedies of the Parties with respect to this Agreement, the events giving rise to this Agreement, and the matters provided for herein or contemplated hereby.
