Adolor Product Promotion Term definition

Adolor Product Promotion Term means the period of time beginning ----------------------------- on the Effective Date and ending ten (10) years after First Commercial Sale of a POI Product in the United States unless otherwise extended pursuant to the provisions of Section 16.2.
Adolor Product Promotion Term has that meaning ascribed to such term in Section 1.8 of the Collaboration Agreement.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.
