Adoption Period definition

Adoption Period for any given Adopter means any time prior to the later of the date one (1) year after: (i) the public release date of a Final Specification, or (ii) the first sale by such Adopter of a product that includes a Compliant Portion; or (iii) a date set upon vote of at least two- thirds (2/3) of the Promoters.

  • Adoption Date means the date the Plan is first approved by the Board or Compensation Committee.
