Compliant Portion definition

Compliant Portion means only those specific portions of products (hardware, software or combinations thereof) that: (i) implement and are compliant with all relevant portions of a Specification, and (ii) are within the bounds of the Scope.
Compliant Portion means only those specific portions of products (hardware, software or combinations thereof) that: (i) implement and are compliant with all relevant portions of a Final Specification, and (ii) are within the bounds of the Scope.
Compliant Portion means a portion of a product, where such portion is fully compliant with all relevant portions of a Ratified Specification. Any portion of a product that is not fully compliant with all relevant portions of a Ratified Specification shall not constitute a Compliant Portion.

  • The Trustee may terminate this agreement upon the Participant commencing litigation alleging direct or indirect infringement on the basis of a Necessary Claim asserted against a Compliant Portion, unless such litigation is consistent with the provisions of this Policy.

  • For the purposes of this Section 5, a product or system is “compatible” with the Bluetooth Specification(s) and/or Foundation Specification if it actually implements or incorporates or directly interfaces or is designed to interface with a Compliant Portion.


More Definitions of Compliant Portion

Compliant Portion means a portion, module, or component of a Certified Compliant System or a candidate Certified Compliant System which implements no more than is required to operate in accordance with the Standard/Specification and which performs or implements such function only as set forth in the Standard/Specification.
Compliant Portion means only those specific portions of products (hardware, software or com- binations thereof) that: (i) implement and are compliant with all relevant portions of the Final Specifica- tion; and (ii) are within the bounds of the Scope.
Compliant Portion means only those specific portions of a product (hardware, software or combinations thereof) that implement and are compliant with all Normative Requirements of the Final Guideline or Final Maintenance Guideline (as applicable to such portions that are adopted) and that are within the bounds of the Scope.
Compliant Portion means portions of products (hardware, software or combinations thereof) that implement and are compliant with all relevant portions of the Final Specification within the bounds of the Scope.
Compliant Portion means portions of products (hardware, software or combinations thereof) that implement and are compliant with the Digital Display Interfaces.
Compliant Portion means only those specific portions of products (hardware, software or combinations thereof) that: (i) implement and are compliant with the actual Bluetooth Specification and/or Foundation Specification, whichever the case may be, (ii) are qualified pursuant to the Bluetooth Qualification Process, (iii) are within the bounds of the Scope and (iv) meet the requirements set forth in the Compliance Requirements.
Compliant Portion means only those specific portions of a product (hardware, software or combinations thereof) that implement and are compliant with all relevant Normative Requirements of the Final Specification. “Normative Requirements” means those portions of the Final Specification, including text, design features, and tables, that are expressly identified as required for compliance with the Final Specification including those portions of an optional or alternative portion of the Final Specification that are identified as required for compliance with such optional or alternative portion. For clarity, those portions of the Final Specification, including any portions of an optional or alternative portion thereof, which are designated by the terms “must”, “shall”, “mandatory”, “normative” or “required” are expressly identified as being required for compliance. For the avoidance of doubt, Compliant Portion does not include any portions of a product that implement and are compliant solely with Formerly Adopted Specifications. In the event that a product contains one or more portions that implement and are compliant with, respectively, the Final Specifications and the Formerly Adopted Specifications, such portions shall collectively be considered a Compliant Portion.
