ADP Test. The determination of whether the ADP is in compliance with the Basic or Alternative Limitation for a Plan Year (as defined in Section 12.2).
ADP Test. The Average Actual Deferral Percentage test set forth in Section 3.4.2(B) of the Plan.

More Definitions of ADP Test
ADP Test means the average deferral percentage test as described in Section 3.2 of the Appendix A and as set forth in section 401(k)(3) of the Code and section 1.401(k)-2 of the Treasury Regulations.
