Adult foster care family home definition

Adult foster care family home means a private residence with the approved capacity to receive 6 or fewer adults to be provided with foster care for 5 or more days a week and for 2 or more consecutive weeks. The adult foster care family home licensee shall be a member of the household, and an occupant of the residence.
Adult foster care family home means that term as defined in section 3 of the adult foster care facility licensing act, 1979 PA 218, MCL 400.703.
Adult foster care family home means a private residence with the approved capacity to receive at least 3 but not more than 6 adults to be provided with foster care. The adult foster care family home licensee must be a member of the household and an occupant of the residence.

  • Health care facility or "facility" means hospices licensed

  • Healthcare Facility means that portion of the Project operated on the Land as a Nursing Home, Intermediate Care Facility, Board and Care Home, Assisted Living Facility and/or any other healthcare facility authorized to receive insured mortgage financing pursuant to Section 232 of the National Housing Act, as amended, including any commercial space included in the facility.

  • Multi-family housing means a building or structure that is designed to house two (2) or more different households in separate housing Units which have full kitchen facilities including oven/range, refrigerator, kitchen sink with hot and cold water supply and food storage facilities and at least one (1) full bathroom facility(s), one (1) full bedroom and one (1) living area (including a combination thereof such as studio arrangements).

  • Medical care facility as used in this title, means any institution, place, building or agency, whether
