Advance Incentive definition

Advance Incentive means the M&T Advance Payment, SHP Advance Payment, or TSM Advance Payment, as applicable, in each case payable prior to completion of the Project.
Advance Incentive means a portion of the total Participant Incentive to which a Participant is entitled in accordance with the Program Requirements and payable prior to completion of the Project. For greater certainty, Advance Incentive includes a M&T Advance Incentive and a SHP Advance Incentive.

Examples of Advance Incentive in a sentence

  • The total Participant Incentive payable upon completion of a Project, including the Social Housing Adder, if any, will be reduced by the amount of the SHP Advance Incentive paid by the IESO prior to the completion of the Project.

  • If the Participant is a Social Housing Provider and the Project for which that Advance Incentive was made has not been completed within one year of the date the Application was approved, the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Social Housing Adder, and any Advance Incentive previously advanced will be repaid to the LDC or the LDC will be entitled to set-off such amount from any Participant Incentive that may become payable.

  • The IESO may, at its discretion, provide a SHP Advance Incentive.

  • Clawback Eligible Incentive Compensation means all Incentive-based Compensation Received by an Executive Officer (i) on or after the effective date of the applicable Nasdaq rules, (ii) after beginning service as an Executive Officer, (iii) who served as an Executive Officer at any time during the applicable performance period relating to any Incentive-based Compensation (whether or not such Executive Officer is serving at the time the Erroneously Awarded Compensation is required to be repaid to the Company), (iv) while the Company has a class of securities listed on a national securities exchange or a national securities association, and (v) during the applicable Clawback Period (as defined below).

  • Advance Payment means a payment that a federal awarding agency or passthrough entity makes by any appropriate payment mechanism, including a predetermined payment schedule, before the non-federal entity disburses the funds for program purposes.

  • Bid incentive means an amount deducted, for bid evaluation purposes only, from the contract base bid in order to calculate the bid price to be used to evaluate the bid on a competitively bid contract.

  • Incentive Payment means the payment to a STGU, including an AOBC Generation Unit, for RPS class I Renewable Generation Attributes and/or Environmental Attributes produced by these units, calculated pursuant to Section 7.0 below.

  • Incentive Bonus means a bonus opportunity awarded under Section 9 pursuant to which a Participant may become entitled to receive an amount based on satisfaction of such performance criteria as are specified in the Award Agreement.

  • Incentive Pay means an annual amount equal to the aggregate annual bonus, in addition to Base Pay, made or to be made in regard to services rendered in any calendar year or performance period pursuant to any bonus plan of the Company.
