Examples of Advance Payment Base Price in a sentence
No later than 25 months before the scheduled month of delivery of each affected Aircraft, Boeing will increase or decrease the Advance Payment Base Price of such Aircraft as required to reflect the effects of (i) any adjustments in the Aircraft Basic Price pursuant to this Agreement and (ii) the then-current forecasted escalation factors used by Boeing.
For advance payment purposes, the following estimated delivery prices of the Aircraft (Advance Payment Base Price) have been established, using currently available forecasts of the escalation factors used by Boeing as of the date of signing this Agreement.
In either case the amendment will describe the particular changes to be made and any effect on design, performance, weight, balance, scheduled delivery month, Aircraft Basic Price, Aircraft Price, and/or Advance Payment Base Price.
The Advance Payment Base Price of each Aircraft is set forth in Table 1.
The delivery months, number of aircraft, Advance Payment Base Price per aircraft and advance payment schedule are listed in the Attachment to this Letter Agreement (the Attachment).
If the Advance Payment Base Price of the Substitute Aircraft is lower than that of the Aircraft, Boeing will retain any excess amounts previously paid by Customer until the next payment is due from Customer, at which point Customer may reduce the amount of such payment by the amount of the excess.
Boeing may adjust the Aircraft Basic Price and the Advance Payment Base Price for any changes mutually agreed upon subsequent to the date that Buyer and Boeing enter into a definitive agreement for the Option Aircraft.
If the Advance Payment Base Price for any Substitute Aircraft is higher than that of the Aircraft, Customer will pay to Boeing the amount of the difference as of the date of execution of the definitive agreement for the Substitute Aircraft.
An estimated SPE price will be included in the Aircraft Advance Payment Base Price for the purpose of establishing the advance payments for each Aircraft.
The engine manufacturer's current escalation provisions, listed in Exhibit Supplement EE1 to the Purchase Agreement, have been estimated to the months of scheduled delivery using commercial forecasts to calculate the Advance Payment Base Price listed in the Attachment to this Letter Agreement.
