The Disclosure and Trading Committee will be chaired by the Investor Relations Officer and comprised of at least five (5) and at the most ten (10) persons to be named by the Investor Relations Officer from among the members of the Company’s and its Controlling and Controlled Companies’ Boards of Directors, Statutory Committees and Executive Boards, and shall meet quarterly or whenever convened by the Investor Relations Officer.
The terms Controlling and Controlled shall have meanings correlative to the foregoing.
