Advance Value.ย With respect to any Portfolio Asset or Cash amount held by the Issuer, (a) the Purchase Amount of such Portfolio Asset or Cash amount multiplied by (b) the applicable Advance Percentage.

  • Borrowing Base Amount means:

  • Overadvance Amount has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.4(f).

  • Net advance amount means the gross advance amount less the aggregate amount of the actual and estimated transfer expenses required to be disclosed under section 3(e).

  • Maximum Revolving Advance Amount means $25,000,000.

  • Inventory Advance Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(y)(ii) hereof.

  • Face Value means the specified price of the Ticket only (including United Kingdom value added tax thereon) as stated on the relevant Ticket, and excludes any Handling Fee (or part thereof) or other fees or charges paid by the Ticket Purchaser in respect of that Ticket (including postage or courier charges);

  • Adjusted Collateral Principal Amount means, as of any date of determination:

  • rateable value means, in relation to a rateable value premises, the rateable value of that rateable value premises as at 31 March 1990 as assessed under the 1967 Act;

  • Maximum Collateral Amount The sum of the Principal Balance as of the Cut-off Date of the Initial Mortgage Loans and the Original Pre-Funded Amount.

  • Baseline Value for each of the Company and the Peer Companies means the dollar amount representing the average of the Fair Market Value of one share of common stock of such company over the five consecutive trading days ending on, and including, the Effective Date.
