Advanced Services refers to high speed, switched, broadband, wireline Telecommunications capability that enables users to originate and receive high-quality, voice, data, graphics or video Telecommunications using any technology.
Advanced life support means special services designed to provide definitive prehospital emergency medical care, including, but not limited to, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, cardiac monitoring, cardiac defibrillation, advanced airway management, intravenous therapy, administration of specified drugs and other medicinal preparations, and other specified techniques and procedures administered by authorized personnel under the direct supervision of a base hospital as part of a local EMS system at the scene of an emergency, during transport to an acute care hospital, during interfacility transfer, and while in the emergency department of an acute care hospital until responsibility is assumed by the emergency or other medical staff of that hospital. Stage-Four Advanced, Metastatic Cancer means a cancer that has spread from the primary or original site of the cancer to nearby tissues, lymph nodes, or other areas or parts of the body.

Single Phase Aerosol Air Freshener means an aerosol air freshener with the liquid contents in a single homogeneous phase and which does not require that the product container be shaken before use.

veterinary surgeon means a veterinary surgeon within the meaning of the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1936.
Senior citizen center means a facility having the primary purpose of providing services to the aged as defined in Section 62A-3-101.
Flexible vinyl adhesive means an aerosol adhesive designed to bond flexible vinyl to substrates. Flexible vinyl means a nonrigid polyvinyl chloride plastic with at least five percent, by weight, of plasticizer content. A plasticizer is a material, such as a high boiling point organic solvent, that is incorporated into a vinyl to increase its flexibility, workability, or distensibility, and may be determined using ASTM Method E260-91 or from product formulation data.
