Advertising Percentage definition

Advertising Percentage means the percentage specified as such in Schedule A and in the Unit Addendum for a Franchised Restaurant.
Advertising Percentage means ten percent (10%).

  • Designated Percentage shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1(a) hereof.
