Advertising Plan definition

Advertising Plan means the supply of Services, subject to clause 7, for a specified period, as agreed between the two parties.
Advertising Plan means the advertising/display plan and scheme for Commercial Publicity at the Advertising Asset(s) as per Clause 6.1 of these GCC.
Advertising Plan has the meaning given it in Section 10.1.

Advertising Plan means an explicit outline of what goals an Advertising Campaign should achieve, how to accomplish those goals, and how to determine whether or not the Advertising Campaign was successful in obtaining those goals.

  • Advertising Materials means any advertising, marketing, merchandising, promotional, public relations (including press releases) and display materials relating to or concerning the Licensed Products, or any other advertising, merchandising, promotional, public relations (including press releases) and display materials depicting any of the Licensed Trademarks.
