Advertising Waiver. Executive agrees to permit the Company, and persons or other organizations authorized by the Company, to use, publish and distribute advertising or sales promotional literature concerning the products and/or services of the Company, or the machinery and equipment used in the provision thereof, in which Executive’s name and/or pictures of Executive taken in the course of Executive’s provision of services to the Company appear. Executive hereby waives and releases any claim or right Executive may otherwise have arising out of such use, publication or distribution.
Advertising Waiver. Employee agrees to permit the Company and/or its affiliates, and persons or other organizations authorized by the Company and/or its affiliates, to use, publish and distribute advertising or sales promotional literature concerning the products of the Company and/or its affiliates, or the machinery and equipment used in the manufacture thereof, in which Employee’s name and/or pictures of Employee taken in the course of Employee’s provision of services to the Company and/or its affiliates, appear. Employee hereby waives and releases any claim or right Employee may otherwise have arising out of such use, publication or distribution.
Advertising Waiver. The Executive agrees to permit, during and following the term of this Agreement, and without receiving additional compensation, the Company, and persons or other organizations authorized by the Company, to use, publish and distribute advertising or sales promotional literature concerning the products and/or services of the Company, or the machinery and equipment used in the provision thereof, in which the Executive’s name and/or pictures of the Executive taken in the course of the Executive’s provision of services to the Company appear. The Executive hereby waives and releases any claim or right the Executive may otherwise have arising out of such use, publication or distribution.

During the Term the Executive agrees to permit the Company and/or its Affiliates, and persons or other organizations authorized by the Company and/or its Affiliates, to use, publish and distribute advertising or sales promotional literature concerning the products and/or services of the Company and/or its Affiliates, or the machinery and equipment used in the provision thereof, in which the Executive’s name and/or pictures of the Executive taken in the course of the Executive’s provision of services to the Company and/or its Affiliates, appear. The Executive hereby waives and releases any claim or right the Executive may otherwise have arising out of such use, publication or distribution.

The Executive agrees to permit the Company and/or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or joint ventures currently existing or which shall be established during Executive’s employment by the Company (collectively, “Affiliates”), and persons or other organizations authorized by the Company and/or its Affiliates, to use, publish and distribute advertising or sales promotional literature concerning the products and/or services of the Company and/or its Affiliates, or the machinery and equipment used in the provision thereof, in which the Executive’s name and/or pictures of the Executive taken in the course of the Executive’s provision of services to the Company and/or its Affiliates, appear. The Executive hereby waives and releases any claim or right the Executive may otherwise have arising out of such use, publication or distribution. The Company agrees that, following termination of the Executive’s employment, it will not create any new such literature containing the Executive’s name and/or pictures without the Executive’s prior written consent.

For so long as he remains employed, the Executive agrees to permit the Company, and persons or other organizations authorized by the Company to use, publish and distribute advertising or sales promotional literature concerning the products and/or services of the Company, or the machinery and equipment used in the provision thereof, in which the Executive's name and/or pictures of the Executive taken in the course of the Executive's provision of services to the Company appear. The Executive hereby waives and releases any claim or right the Executive may otherwise have arising out of such use, publication or distribution.
Advertising Waiver. CFO agrees to permit the Company, and persons or other organizations authorized by the Company, to use, publish and distribute advertising or sales promotional literature concerning the products and/or services of the Company, or the machinery and equipment used in the provision thereof, in which CFO’s name and/or pictures of CFO taken in the course of CFO’s provision of services to the Company appear. CFO hereby waives and releases any claim or right CFO may otherwise have arising out of such use, publication or distribution.
Advertising Waiver. Director agrees to permit the Company and/or its affiliates, and persons or other organizations authorized by the Company and/or its affiliates, to use, publish and distribute advertising or sales promotional literature concerning the products of the Company and/or its affiliates, or the machinery and equipment used in the manufacture thereof, in which Director’s name and/or pictures of Director taken in the course of Director’s provision of services to the Company and/or its affiliates, appear. Director hereby waives and releases any claim or right Director may otherwise have arising out of such use, publication or distribution.
Advertising Waiver. Consultant agrees to permit Callaway Golf and/or ------------------ its affiliates, and persons or other organizations authorized by Callaway Golf and/or its affiliates, to use, publish and distribute advertising or sales promotional literature concerning the products of Callaway Golf and/or its affiliates, or the machinery and equipment used in the manufacture thereof, in which Consultant's name and/or pictures of Consultant taken in the course of Consultant's provision of services to Callaway Golf and/or its affiliates, appear. Consultant hereby waives and releases any claim or right Consultant may otherwise have arising out of such use, publication or distribution.
Advertising Waiver. Subject to review and consent, not to be unreasonably withheld, Executive agrees to permit the Company, and persons or other organizations authorized by the Company, to use, publish and distribute advertising or sales promotional literature concerning the products and/or services of the Company in which Executive’s name and/or pictures of Executive appear. Executive hereby waives and releases any claim or right Executive may otherwise have arising out of such use, publication or distribution.
