Advisory Panel definition

Advisory Panel means an advisory panel appointed in terms of subsection (3) of section ninety-eight.
Advisory Panel has the meaning in Schedule 10.4.5(b) of this Agreement.
Advisory Panel means the Environmental Health Tracking and Biomonitoring Advisory Panel established under section 144.998.
