Supervisory Committee means an oversight committee elected at a general meeting;
Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.
OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.
Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;
CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.
Campaign committee means the committee designated by a candidate to receive all contributions
Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.
Appeal Committee means the appeal committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(3)(a);
P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol. Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:
Statutory Committee means the Contract Awards Committee or the Compliance Committee or both, as the case may be;
Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.
Party committee means any committee organized by or authorized by the
Review Committee means the committee assigned to review a contract for professional architectural, engineering and land surveying services, which shall include at least three persons designated by the Director and approved by the Executive Director.
Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the board.
Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.
Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.
Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.
Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
Benefits Committee means the Employee Benefits Committee of Textron.
Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;
Personal campaign committee means the committee appointed by a candidate to
standards committee (“pwyllgor safonau”) means the standards committee of the county or county borough council which has functions in relation to the community council for which it is responsible under section 56(1) and (2) of the Local Government Act 2000.
Joint Committee means the committee established under Article 19 [Joint Committee];
District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.
Grievance Committee means the Grievance Committee of the Bar.
