AEP zone definition

AEP zone means either the area comprising the AEP operating companies providing service in Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia ("East") or the area comprising the former CSW operating companies providing service in Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana ("West").
