Affected Class Collateral Proceeds definition

Affected Class Collateral Proceeds means, in respect of an Early Redeeming Class of Notes, all cash sums in the Base Currency from the Liquidation of the Affected Class Collateral, provided that if any Affected Class Collateral has not been Liquidated by the Early Valuation Date, the Affected Class Collateral Proceeds in respect of such Affected Class Collateral not then Liquidated shall be deemed to be the fair bid-side value of such Affected Class Collateral as of the Early Valuation Date (as determined by the Calculation Agent) net of any taxes, costs or charges that would be incurred on the sale of the Affected Class Collateral.

  • Principal Proceeds With respect to any Collection Period or Determination Date, all amounts received by the Issuer during the related Collection Period that do not constitute Interest Proceeds and any other amounts that have been designated as Principal Proceeds pursuant to the terms of this Indenture.
