Affiliate Tool definition

Affiliate Tool means the tool that we make available to you upon your acceptance into the Affiliate Program and for you to use in order to participate in the Affiliate Program.
Affiliate Tool means the tool named Tapfiliate that we make available to you upon your acceptance into the Affiliate Program and for you to use in order to participate in the Affiliate Program.
Affiliate Tool means the affiliate software program made available to the Affiliate upon acceptance into the Affiliate Program to facilitate participation in the Affiliate Program.

  • Affiliate Transaction has the meaning provided in Section 4.11.

  • Affiliate Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.21.

  • Affiliate of any specified Person means any other Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under direct or indirect common control with such specified Person. For the purposes of this definition, “control” when used with respect to any specified Person means the power to direct the management and policies of such Person, directly or indirectly, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise; and the terms “controlling” and “controlled” have meanings correlative to the foregoing.

  • Affiliate Agreements has the meaning specified in Section 4.12(a)(vi).
