Affiliated Assignee definition

Affiliated Assignee means a person or entity that, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, the person or entity specified, and (B) “control” (including the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”) shall have the same meaning specified in Section 2.9(c) of this Agreement.

Affiliated Assignee has the meaning specified in Section 9.04(b)(ii)(B).

Affiliated Assignee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.9.

• The rights to Tenant’s Signage shall be personal to the Original Tenant and any Affiliated Assignee and may not otherwise be transferred.
