The rights to the Signage shall be personal to the Original Tenant, any Affiliated Assignee, or any other Transferee of Tenant’s entire interest in this Lease in connection with a Transfer of this Lease to which Landlord consents pursuant to Article 14 above and may not otherwise be transferred.
The extension option set forth herein is personal to the original Tenant under this Lease and it shall not be included in any assignment of Tenant's interest in this Lease (except to an Affiliated Assignee) nor in any sublease of all or any portion of the Premises.
