Affirmation and Consent definition

Affirmation and Consent means the Affirmation and Consent, dated as of the Amendment Effective Date, executed and delivered by each Obligor party to a Guaranty prior to the Amendment Effective Date, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Affirmation and Consent has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.03.

• The market basket total and the ability to fill the entire market basket will also be an evaluation factor for this Bid.

More Definitions of Affirmation and Consent

Affirmation and Consent means the Affirmation and Consent, dated as of the Amendment Effective Date, among each Obligor and the Administrative Agent substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.
