Affordable Housing Tenure Mix definition

Affordable Housing Tenure Mix means the different types of tenure of Affordable Housing to be provided within the Development and which shall (unless otherwise approved by UDC) comprise -
Affordable Housing Tenure Mix means the different types of tenure of Affordable Housing Units to be provided within the Development which shall comprise (unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Council) 59% as Affordable Rented Housing Units and 41% Shared Ownership Housing Units.
Affordable Housing Tenure Mix means the total number of Affordable Housing Units comprising an overall mix of 80% Affordable Rented Units and/or Social Rented Units and 20% Intermediate Housing Units minimum which shall be constructed within the Development and Phase.

  • Affordable housing means either of the following:

  • Mutual housing corporation means a corporation not-for-profit,

  • Community rehabilitation program means a program that provides directly or facilitates the provision of one or more of the following vocational rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities to enable those individuals to maximize their opportunities for employment, including career advancement:
