The Affordable Housing obligation [ CDB.36, Schedule B, para 1] requires the provision of no less than 25 per cent (500 units) of the total number of Residential Units to be provided as Affordable Housing Units in accordance with the Affordable Housing Tenure Mix established under the 2013 Permission.
