AFT Service definition

AFT Service means an alternative form of Transportation Service to a Full Forward Haul Service.
AFT Service means the service provided by Financial Institution’s Agent on behalf of the Financial Institution from time to time, and accessed through the Internet, that allows the Depositor to input AFT Records or upload AFT Files in respect of AFT Service Transactions processed pursuant to the AFT Transaction Agreements.

  • Once the Depositor and any required Users have logged on to the AFT Service using the requisite Password and Multi-factor Authentication and has Released the AFT Record, uploaded the AFT File, or authorized the upload of the AFT File, such shall become an AFT Service Transaction.
