After a Mortgage Loan has become a Liquidated Mortgage Loan, the Servicer shall promptly prepare and forward to the Depositors, the Trustee and the Certificate Insurer a Liquidation Report, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit O, detailing the Liquidation Proceeds received from the Liquidated Mortgage Loan, expenses incurred with respect thereto, and any loss incurred in connection therewith.
