Aftermarket part definition

Aftermarket part means a performance and/or add-on part issued an Executive Order that exempts the part from the prohibitions of California Vehicle Code section 27156.
Aftermarket part means any part offered for sale for installation in or on a motor vehicle after such vehicle has left the vehicle manufacturer’s produc- tion line.
