Dose limits means the permissible upper bounds of radiation doses established in accordance with these rules. For purposes of these rules, “limits” is an equivalent term.
Time Limits All days referred to in this Article shall mean calendar days. Time limits provided herein may be extended or delimited by mutual agreement. Failure of the Administration to respond to any grievance within the specified time limits of this Article shall mean that the grievant(s) and/or GEO may take said grievance to the next level of the grievance procedure.

Order limits means the limits shown on the works plans within which the authorised project may be carried out;

Expense Limit means the percentage of a Fund’s average annual net assets (on an annualized basis) set forth below.
Applicable Share Limit means a number of Shares equal to (A) the minimum number of Shares that could give rise to reporting (other than on Schedule 13D or 13G) or registration obligations or other requirements (including obtaining prior approval from any person or entity) of a Seller Person, or could result in an adverse effect on a Seller Person, under any Applicable Restriction, as determined by Seller in its sole discretion, minus (B) 0.1% of the number of Shares outstanding.
Concentration Limits means, as of any date of determination prior to (x) the Commitment Termination Date with respect to all items below and (y) the Final Maturity Date with respect to the concentration limit set forth in clause (c) below, for purposes of determining the Excess Concentration Amount and the Borrowing Base, the concentration limitations set forth below:

Vote Limit means the percentage interest specified in a Vote Limit Certificate by a Vote Limited Member pursuant to which such Member (together with such Vote Limited Member’s affiliates) will be irrevocably limited to such Vote Limit in any vote taken under Sections 2.1, 2.8, 2.9 and 8.2.
Technical Limits means the limits and constraints described in Schedule 2, relating to the operations, maintenance and dispatch of the Project.
Lead Limits means the maximum concentrations of lead and lead compounds (“Lead”) by weight specified in Section 3.2.
Annual Limit means the maximum amount claimable per person in a calendar year, unless otherwise stated.
Average weekly discharge limitation means the highest allowable average of “daily discharges” over a calendar week, calculated as the sum of all “daily discharges” measured during a calendar week divided by the number of “daily discharges” measured during that week.
Positive beam limitation means the automatic or semi-automatic adjustment of an x-ray beam to the size of the selected image receptor, whereby exposures cannot be made without such adjustment.
Geographical Limits means
Upper Limit means a specified maximum amount of costs which may be claimed under a Unit of Work, but which may be extended on application. An Upper Limit operates in the same way as a Costs Limitation;
Plan Limit means the maximum aggregate number of Shares that may be issued for all purposes under the Plan as set forth in Section 5(a) of the Plan.
Lower explosive limit (LEL) means the concentration of a compound in air below which a flame will not propagate if the mixture is ignited.
Average monthly discharge limitation means the highest allowable average of “daily discharges” over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all “daily discharges” measured during a calendar month divided by the number of “daily discharges” measured during that month.

A.M. Best A.M. Best Company, Inc. or its successors in interest. If neither A.M. Best nor any successor remains in existence, “A.M. Best” shall be deemed to refer to such other nationally recognized statistical rating agency or other comparable Person reasonably designated by the Depositor, notice of which designation shall be given to the Trustee, the Certificate Administrator, the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer and specific ratings of A.M. Best herein referenced shall be deemed to refer to the equivalent ratings (as reasonably determined by the Depositor) of the party so designated.
Aggregate Limit shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.1 hereof.
Insured Amount As defined in the Policy.
Deductible Amount means, with respect to any Insuring Agreement, the amount set forth under the heading “Deductible Amount” in Item 3 of the Declarations or in any Rider for such Insuring Agreement, applicable to each Single Loss covered by such Insuring Agreement.
Insurance score means a number or rating that is derived from an algorithm, computer application, model, or other process that is based in whole or in part on credit information for the purposes of predicting the future insurance loss exposure of a consumer.
