Plan Limit definition

Plan Limit means the maximum aggregate number of Shares that may be issued for all purposes under the Plan as set forth in Section 5(a) of the Plan.
Plan Limit means the maximum number of Shares that are issuable under the Plan in accordance with Section 4.2;
Plan Limit means the limitation contained in the Redevelopment Plan on the number of dollars of taxes which may be divided and allocated to the Agency pursuant to the Redevelopment Plan, as such limitation is prescribed by Section 33333.2 of the Law.

  • In addition, (i) the number of Shares that are tendered by a Participant or withheld by the Company to pay the exercise price of an Award or to satisfy the Participant’s tax withholding obligations in connection with the vesting, exercise or settlement of an Award and (ii) shares subject to an Option but not issued or delivered as a result of the net settlement of such Option shall be added back to the Plan Limit and again be available for the grant of Awards.

More Definitions of Plan Limit

Plan Limit means the limit defined in paragraph 4.1(a)(i).
