Agency Account Agreement definition

Agency Account Agreement means any account control agreement, lockbox control agreement, blocked account agreement or other similar agreement entered into by a Credit Party, the Administrative Agent and the applicable financial institution, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Agency Account Agreement means any agreement (if required pursuant to Section 10.1(a)) among Borrower, Agent and a Clearing Bank, in form and substance satisfactory to Agent, which designates an Agency Account for the deposit of checks and items constituting proceeds of Receivables or any other Collateral, and establishes the terms for transferring balances therein to Agent.
Agency Account Agreement means an agreement among the Borrower, the Agent and a Clearing Bank, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, concerning the collection and transfer of payments which represent the proceeds of Receivables or of any other Collateral.
