Issuing agency code means a code that designates the registration (or controlling) authority for the enterprise identifier.
Agency Worker means the individual who is Introduced by the Employment Business to provide services to the Hirer;
Clean air standards, as used in this clause, means:
STCW Code means the Seafarers’ Training, Certification and Watchkeeping Code as adopted by resolution 2 of the 1995 Conference of Parties to the STCW Convention, in its up-to-date version;
Rating Agency Communication means, with respect to any action and any Securitization, any written communication intended for a Rating Agency, which shall be delivered at least ten (10) Business Days prior to completing such action, in electronic document format suitable for website posting to the 17g-5 information provider under the applicable Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Agency and/or State Agency means the statutory unit of state government in the State of Missouri for which the equipment, supplies, and/or services are being purchased by the Division of Purchasing (Purchasing). The agency is also responsible for payment.
Clean water standards, as used in this clause, means any enforceable limitation, control, condition, prohibition, standard, or other requirement promulgated under the Water Act or contained in a permit issued to a discharger by the Environmental Protection Agency or by a State under an approved program, as authorized by Section 402 of the Water Act (33 U.S.C. § 1342), or by local government to ensure compliance with pre-treatment regulations as required by Section 307 of the Water Act (33 U.S.C. § 1317).
U.S. Bankruptcy Code means Title 11 of the United States Code, as amended, or any similar federal or state law for the relief of debtors.
Federal Bankruptcy Code means the Bankruptcy Act of Title 11 of the United States Code, as amended from time to time.
Federal Clean Air Act means Chapter 85 (§ 7401 et seq.) of Title 42 of the United States Code.
IBC Code means Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 as amended from time to time;
Regulation CF means Regulation Crowdfunding promulgated under the Securities Act.
Cathodic protection means a technique designed to prevent the corrosion of a metal surface by making that surface the cathode of an electrochemical cell. For example, protection can be accomplished with an impressed current system or a galvanic anode system.
FILOT Act means Title 12, Chapter 44, of the Code, and all future acts successor or supplemental thereto or amendatory thereof.
Local Bankruptcy Rules means the Local Rules of Bankruptcy Practice and Procedure of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
EU Insolvency Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2015/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2015 on insolvency proceedings (recast).
1990 Act means the Companies Act 1990.
Environmental, Health or Safety Requirements of Law means all Requirements of Law derived from or relating to foreign, federal, state and local laws or regulations relating to or addressing pollution or protection of the environment, or protection of worker health or safety, including, but not limited to, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, 42 U.S.C. § 9601 et seq., the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, 29 U.S.C. § 651 et seq., and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, 42 U.S.C. § 6901 et seq., in each case including any amendments thereto, any successor statutes, and any regulations or guidance promulgated thereunder, and any state or local equivalent thereof.
Central Bank UCITS Regulations means the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement)
U.S. Code means the U.S. Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
Consumer Protection Act means the Consumer Protection Act, No 68 of 2008;
S.A.F.E. Act means the secure and fair enforcement for mortgage licensing act of 2008, Title V of the housing and economic recovery act of 2008 ("HERA"), P.L. 110-289, effective July 30, 2008.
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) means the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
Regulations T, U and X” means Regulations T, U and X, respectively, of the Federal Reserve Board, and any successor regulations.
Banking Act means the UK Banking Act 2009, as amended.
