Agency Note definition

Agency Note means the promissory note evidencing the Agency Loan substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Attachment No. 8, which is incorporated herein by this reference.
Agency Note means the promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of the Agency and evidencing the Agency Loan.
Agency Note refers to the residual receipts note by Tenant as maker and Landlord as payee.

More Definitions of Agency Note

Agency Note means a promissory note executed by Owner in favor of the Agency in the principal amount equal to the difference between the Market Value of a Unit calculated at the time Owner acquired a Unit and (a) the Initial Price, in the case of the first Owner, or (b) the Eligible Buyer Purchase Price, in the case of subsequent Owners, plus a contingent deferred amount equal to the Agency7 s Shared Appreciation.
Agency Note means a promissory note substantially in the form attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment No. 6, to be executed by Developer in favor of Agency to evidence the obligation of Developer to repay the Agency Loan.

  • Bearer Notes means Notes which are specified in their Conditions as being in bearer form;
