Issuing Entity Request means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuing Entity by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.
Issuer Request means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.
Third Party Request means a request from a third party for records relating to an End User's use of the Services. Third Party Requests can be a lawful search warrant, court order, subpoena, other valid legal order, or written consent from the End User permitting the disclosure.
Company Request or "Company Order" means a written request or order signed in the name of the Company by its Chairman of the Board, its Vice Chairman of the Board, its President or a Vice President, and by its Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, and delivered to the Trustee.
Agency Representative A person assigned by a primary, assisting, or cooperating federal, state, local, or tribal government agency or private entity that has been delegated authority to make decisions affecting that agency’s or organization’s participation in incident management activities following appropriate consultation with the leadership of that agency. Area: The lands in a described geographic area that are managed and/or protected by the Parties within this Agreement.
L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).
Agency(ies) means any government regulatory authority or authorities in the world responsible for granting approval(s), clearance(s), qualification(s), license(s), or permit(s) for any aspect of the research, Development, manufacture, marketing, distribution, or sale of a Product. The term “Agency” includes, without limitation, the United States Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”).
Access Request means a request for access to Facilities and/or Services on the Access List made by the Access Seeker under subsection 5.4.5 of the MSA Determination and containing the information in subsection 5.4.6 of the MSA Determination and in Clause 5(b) hereof and as per the format in Appendix A hereof.
Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee shall be at the address of the Trustee specified in Section 12.02 hereof or such other address as to which the Trustee may give notice to the Company.
Agency Security means a mortgage-backed security issued by an Agency.
International banking institution means an international financial institution of which the United States is a member and whose securities are exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933.
Owner Trustee Corporate Trust Office means the office of the Owner Trustee at which its corporate trust business shall be administered, which initially shall be 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000-0000 Attn: Corporate Trust Administration, or such other office at such other address as the Owner Trustee may designate from time to time by notice to the Certificateholder, the Servicer, the Indenture Trustee, the Trust Depositor and Harley-Davidson Credit.
Agency Worker means the individual who is Introduced by the Employment Business to provide services to the Hirer;
Agency head or "Procurement Officer" means the person who signs this contract on behalf of the Requesting Agency and includes a successor or authorized representative.
Issuing and Paying Agency Agreement means the issuing and paying agency agreement described on the cover page of this Agreement, as such agreement may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
Liquidity Requirement shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.12(b).
Agency Securities means negotiable debt obligations which are fully guaranteed as to both principal and interest by the Federal National Mortgage Association, the Government National Mortgage Association or the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, but excluding (i) interest only and principal only securities and (ii) Collateralized Mortgage Obligations, Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduits and similar derivative securities.
Rating Agency Guidelines means the Fitch Guidelines and any Other Rating Agency Guidelines as they exist from time to time.
Rating Agency Event means that any nationally recognized statistical rating organization within the meaning of Section 3(a)(62) of the Exchange Act that then publishes a rating for the Company (a “rating agency”) amends, clarifies or changes the criteria it uses to assign equity credit to securities such as the Notes, which amendment, clarification or change results in:
Principal Corporate Trust Office means the office of the Trustee, at which at any particular time its corporate trust business shall be principally administered, which office at the date of execution of this instrument is at the address set forth in the first paragraph of this instrument.
Agency Transfer The sale or transfer by Purchaser of some or all of the Mortgage Loans to Xxxxxx Xxx under its Cash Purchase Program or its MBS Swap Program (Special Servicing Option) or to Xxxxxxx Mac under its Xxxxxxx Xxx Xxxx Program or Gold PC Program, retaining the Company as "servicer thereunder".
Security Requirement means the amount in Dollars (as certified by the Agent whose certificate shall, in the absence of manifest error, be conclusive and binding on the Borrowers and the Creditors) which is, at any relevant time:
Area agency on aging means the same as that term is defined in Section 62A-3-101.
Transfer Request means the communication by an authorized account representative or an alternate authorized account representative to the accounts administrator to register into the tracking system the transfer of allowances between accounts.
Corporate Trust Office means the office of the Trustee at which, at any particular time, its corporate trust business shall be principally administered, which office at the date hereof is located at .
