Agency Workers Regulations means the Agency Workers Regulations 2010; “Applicant” means any individual Introduced to the Client by the Employment Business from time-to-time as a potential Temporary Worker or candidate for permanent engagement by the Client; “AWR Claim” means any complaint or claim to a tribunal or court made by or on behalf of the Inscope Temporary Worker against the Client and/or the Employment Business for any breach of the Agency Workers Regulations; “Assignment means the period during which the Temporary Worker is supplied to render services to the Client; “Calendar Weeks” means any period of seven (7) days starting with the same day as the first day of the Initial Assignment; “Client” means any person, firm or company including any associates or subsidiaries (as defined by the Companies Act 2006) to whom any Applicant is introduced or to whom any Temporary Worker is supplied; “Comparable Employee” has the meaning set out in Regulation 5(4) of the Agency Workers Regulations; “Conduct Regulations” means the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003;
