In the event that a Candidate is engaged on a Temporary Engagement but the Engagement continues for 12 weeks or more, the Client shall be liable to pay the difference between the fee payable for the Temporary Engagement (less any amount already paid by the Client, if applicable) and the fee for the Permanent Engagement.
The Employee may terminate this agreement immediately if the Company has not remained current in its obligations under this letter or the Full-Time Permanent Engagement Resources Agreement between the Company and Xxxxx or if the Company engages in or asks the Employee to engage in or to ignore any illegal or unethical conduct.
