Permanent Engagement definition

Permanent Engagement means Engagement for any period of 6 months or more (full-time or part- time).

Permanent Engagement means engagement, employment or use of the Candidate by the Client or by any third party to whom the Candidate has been introduced by the Client (whether with or without CS's knowledge or consent), on a permanent or fixed term basis, howsoever engaged (whether directly or indirectly and including (without limitation) under a contract of service or for services, under an agency, licence, franchise or partnership agreement, through a limited company of which the Candidate is an officer, employee or other representative or any other engagement).

  • Permanent Works means the permanent works to be executed by the Contractor under the Contract.
