Agent Payment Office with respect to all amounts owing under the -------------------- Loan Documents, initially, the office, branch, affiliate, or correspondent bank of the Administrative Agent designated as its "Domestic Payment Office" in Exhibit G and, thereafter, such other office, branch, affiliate, or correspondent bank thereof as it may from time to time designate in writing as such to the Borrower and each Lender.
Agent Payment Office of the Administrative Agent shall mean the office, branch, affiliate or correspondent bank of the Administrative Agent as specified from time to time by the Administrative Agent to the Borrower and each Lender.
