Aggregate Area definition

Aggregate Area means an area within a single watershed or canyon made up of one or more SWMUs or AOCs and the media affected or potentially affected by releases from those SWMUs or AOCs, and for which investigation or remediation, in part or in entirety, is conducted for the area as a whole in order to address area-wide contamination, ecological risk assessment, and other factors.
Aggregate Area means the area within the geographic boundaries of a municipality, a township, or the unincorporated areas of a county that has adopted an ordinance to aggregate residential and/or small commercial retail electric loads.
Aggregate Area means the total area of all permanent signs on the premises.

Aggregate Area means the total area of the plot.

The area of aggregation must be appropriate for the type of assessment conducted and must be approved by the Department.
Aggregate Area means the total area of exposed building face of a building or structure that shall be used in the calculation of square metres or feet for total signage allowed and the total signage shall never exceed fifteen percent (15%) of the exposed building face.

  • Net Rentable Area means with respect to any Project, the floor area of any buildings, structures or improvements available for leasing to tenants (excluding storage lockers and parking spaces), as reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent, the manner of such determination to be consistent for all Projects unless otherwise approved by the Administrative Agent.

Tenant shall have the right, at its sole cost and expense, within sixty (60) days after the Commencement Date, to have a qualified architect or space planner reasonably approved by Landlord verify the Net Rentable Area and/or Usable Area of the Premises and the Building in accordance with the BOMA Standard (as modified pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence); provided, however, that such determination shall be subject to the reasonable review and approval of Landlord and its designated consultants, surveyors, or engineers. If, as a result of such verification (and approval by Landlord), it is determined that the Net Rentable Area and/or Usable Area of the Premises are different than the amounts set forth in Section 1.1 above, all corresponding amounts set forth this Lease (including, without limitation, Tenant's Share, the amount of monthly Base Rent, the amount of the Security Deposit and the Allowance) shall be retroactively adjusted and appropriate payments, if applicable, shall be made by Landlord to Tenant or Tenant to Landlord (as applicable) within ten (10) days after such determination and approval by Landlord. Both parties agree to execute a commercially reasonable instrument in order to document such revised amounts. From time to time throughout the Term of this Lease, Landlord shall have the right, at its sole cost and expense, to verify the Net Rentable Area and/or Usable Area of the Premises, the Building and the Project in accordance with the BOMA Standard and this subparagraph (f) (pertaining to adjustment of certain Lease provisions and appropriate payments (if applicable)).

  • Net Acres means, as computed separately with respect to each leasehold, (a) the number of gross acres in the lands covered by such leasehold, multiplied by (b) the undivided percentage interest in oil, gas and other minerals covered by such leasehold in such lands, multiplied by (c) Producer’s working interest or undivided interest in such leasehold.”

  • Unstable area means a location that is susceptible to natural or human-induced events or forces capable of impairing the integrity of some or all of the landfill structural components responsible for preventing releases from a landfill. Unstable areas can include poor foundation conditions, areas susceptible to mass movements, and Karst terranes.

  • Percentage Rent As defined in Subsection 3.1(b).

  • Aggregate Planned Balance With respect to any group of Planned Principal Classes or Components and any Distribution Date, the amount set forth for such group for such Distribution Date in Schedule V hereto.

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Aggregate Loss Severity Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the aggregate amount of Realized Losses incurred on any Mortgage Loans from the Cut-off Date to the last day of the preceding calendar month and the denominator of which is the aggregate principal balance of such Mortgage Loans immediately prior to the liquidation of such Mortgage Loans.

  • Overall width of a vehicle means a dimension which is measured according to ISO standard 612-1978, term No. 6.2. In the case of vehicles of category other than M1, in addition to the provisions of that standard, when measuring the vehicle width the following devices shall not be taken into account:

  • Aggregate Maximum Credit Amounts at any time shall equal the sum of the Maximum Credit Amounts, as the same may be reduced or terminated pursuant to Section 2.06.
