Aggregate Contribution Amount definition

Aggregate Contribution Amount means the amount, if any, determined by the Compensation Committee in its sole discretion, to be credited as a Supplemental Executive Retirement Benefit among Participants’ Deferred Compensation Accounts for a Plan Year in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.2(b).
Aggregate Contribution Amount means the total amount of the acquisition cost of each Contributed Property for which the Sellers shall receive Units.
Aggregate Contribution Amount means the aggregate amount paid by all of the Co-Signers under the Notes and Guaranties. Any Co-Signer making a payment to a Claiming Co-Signer under this Section 2 will be subrogated to the rights of that Claiming Co-Signer to the extent of that payment.

Examples of Aggregate Contribution Amount in a sentence

  • For each Plan Year, the Compensation Committee will credit the Aggregate Contribution Amount among the Deferred Compensation Accounts of Participants in proportion to their Base Pay for the Plan Year.

  • The amount so forfeited shall in no event exceed the Excess Aggregate Contribution Amount.

  • Aggregate Contribution Amount of the Highly Compensated Employee with the next highest Aggregate Contribution Amount.

  • If the Excess Aggregate Contribution Amount shall exceed the amount distributed and/or forfeited in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.01(b)(ii)(1), then further reductions shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.01(b)(ii)(1) until such time as the Matching Contributions so distributed and/or forfeited (or, with respect to Before Tax Contributions, distributed) shall equal the Excess Aggregate Contribution Amount.

  • Cash Contribution Amount means the aggregate amount of cash contributions made to the capital of the Company described in the definition of “Contribution Indebtedness.”
