Aggregate Unfunded Amount means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the unfunded commitments and all other standby or contingent commitments associated with each Variable Funding Asset included in the Collateral as of such date.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, upon the occurrence of the earlier of (i) any acceleration of the maturity of Advances pursuant to Section 13.2 and (ii) the end of the Revolving Period, the Borrower shall request an Advance in the amount, if any, of the Aggregate Unfunded Amount minus the amount then on deposit in the Unfunded Exposure Account.
As of any date of determination, the Manager may cause any amounts on deposit in the Unfunded Exposure Account that exceed (i) prior to the end of the Availability Period, the Aggregate Unfunded Equity Amount and (ii) after the end of the Availability Period, the Aggregate Unfunded Amount, in each case, to be deposited into the Principal Proceeds Account.
