Agreed Annual Work Plan definition

Agreed Annual Work Plan means the annual work plan of activities to be included in the Project, and prepared by the Recipient and approved by the Association in accordance with the provisions of Section I.G of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Agreed Annual Work Plan means the program of activities agreed each year between the Recipient and the World Bank to be included in the Project and to be financed during the following calendar year, as the same may be revised from time to time, all in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.04(b) of the Annex to the Agreement.

Examples of Agreed Annual Work Plan in a sentence

  • The Recipient shall ensure that in preparing any training or workshops proposed for inclusion in the Project under an Agreed Annual Work Plan it shall identify in the work plan: (a) the objective and content of the training or workshop envisaged; (b) the selection method of institutions or individuals conducting such training or workshop; (c) the expected duration and an estimate of the cost of said training or workshops; and (d) the personnel selected to attend the training or the workshop.

  • Only activities included in an Agreed Annual Work Plan shall be eligible for inclusion in the Project.

  • Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 4.05 of the General Conditions, the Recipient shall obtain all administrative, urban planning, and environmental permits and authorizations required under the laws of the Recipient for the proper implementation of the activities included in the Agreed Annual Work Plan.

Related to Agreed Annual Work Plan

  • Annual Work Plan means each work plan approved by the Association under Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement for inclusion in the Project.

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget approved by the Bank and adopted by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, as said work plan and budget may be modified from time to time with the written agreement of the Bank.

  • Approved Annual Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.11(d) hereof.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Projected Annual Benefit means the annual retirement benefit (adjusted to an actuarially equivalent straight life annuity if such benefit is expressed in a form other than a straight life annuity or qualified joint and survivor annuity) to which the Member would be entitled under the terms of the plan assuming:

  • Year 1 means the year next following the export date and “year” followed immediately by any other numeral has a corresponding meaning; reference in this Agreement to an Act shall include the amendments to such Act for the time being in force and also any Act passed in substitution therefor or in lieu thereof and the regulations for the time being in force thereunder; power given under any clause of this Agreement other than clause 17 hereof to extend any period or date shall be without prejudice to the power of the Minister under the said clause 17; marginal notes shall not affect the interpretation or construction hereof; the phases in which it is contemplated that this Agreement will operate are as follows —

  • Annual Business Plan means the development plan and budget report for Party B’s Business in the next calendar year which is prepared by Party B with the assistance of Party A pursuant to this Agreement before November 30 of each year.

  • Initial Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Annual Operating Plan has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 15.3(b)(i).

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Work week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year; i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • Urban renewal project means undertakings and activities of a municipality in an urban renewal area for the elimination and for the prevention of the development or spread of slums and blight, and may involve slum clearance and redevelopment in an urban renewal area, or rehabilitation or conservation in an urban renewal area, or any combination or part of them in accordance with an urban renewal plan. These undertakings and activities may include:

  • Assigned Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax of that name described in Section D.

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Project Year means the twelve-month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending twelve months thereafter (the First Project Year), and any twelve-month period beginning at the end of the First Project Year, or the end of subsequent Project Years;

  • Services Commencement Date means the date delivery of the Services shall commence as specified in the Key Provisions. If no date is specified in the Key Provisions this date shall be the Commencement Date;

  • Annual Fixed Rent See Exhibit A, and Section 3.1.

  • Budget means a resource, expressed in financial terms, proposed by the Board for the purpose of carrying out, for a specific period, any or all of the functions of the Trust.

  • Period of Agreement means 5 years from the date of Final acceptance of the Project.

  • Annual Operating Budget as defined in Section 6.2(c).

  • Period of Extended Hire means any additional period that the Hirer wishes the Agency Worker to be supplied for beyond the duration of the original Assignment or series of assignments as an alternative to paying a Transfer Fee;
