Agreed Closing Date definition

Agreed Closing Date means the 8th (eighth) Business Day following the day on which the Closing Condition set forth in Section 9.1 has been satisfied, or such other date as has been agreed between the Parties.
Agreed Closing Date means the Signing Date or any other date to be mutually agreed between the Sellers and the Purchaser to be the Agreed Closing Date.

  • Second Closing Date means the date of the Second Closing.
